For those of you looking to get it installed on one system but have this conflict with WSUS, try leaving the domain. That gets me through for this one system, fortunately I don't need to do it for any more, but I would love to know what NET 3.5 (all variations of installer seem to work), then re-joined the domain. I tried turning off all network connections so the system was isolated and still the offline installer wanted approval from WSUS.ДЇinally I removed the system from the domain, installed.
